On May 13-15, 2024, prof. Maja Kiba-Janiak, Director of the Executive MBA Program, participated in a prestigious conference organized by the Association of MBAs in Budapest. It was a great opportunity to learn ideas and methods to improve our program’s quality, as we believe that our program should be constantly improved. We encourage you to read the report of the Executive MBA Program Director — prof. Maja Kiba-Janiak, who participated in the Association of MBA (AMBA) conference.
The annual conference of the Association of MBAs was held in Budapest on 13-15 of May, 2024, and was dedicated to directors of MBA programs accredited by this association. It was an opportunity not only to listen to many inspiring topics relating to managerial education, education methods and tools, but above all, a fantastic opportunity for networking. I would like to thank Andrew Main Wilson for noticing the problem related to the devaluation of the MBA market in Poland resulting from the creation of many poor quality offers (completely different from the idea of MBA programs) and for his willingness to help us in this area. Thank you Victor Hedenberg for our nice conversation, during which we could hear many words of support and willingness to help from AMBA site to solve this problem. I would like to also thank to all my wonderful colleagues who represent accredited MBA programs in Poland for the common actions we have taken so far and for the initiatives we intend to take in the future, and, above all, for the amazing atmosphere and time spent together:
