When building his career, I am constantly looking for impulses for development, inspiration, broadening horizons, and exchanging experiences. The EMBA program and the complex subject matter of the studies allow you to consolidate knowledge and supplement it with new aspects necessary to be an effective manager, leader and manager.

I treated the two-year MBA studies as an investment in personal development, building competencies, expanding knowledge and building a network of contacts. UEW is one of the leaders in ranking EMBA studies, and its interesting scope of studies encouraged me to choose this program.

A vital element of the studies was the opportunity to exchange experiences and different perspectives of participants on given problems. I use these experiences at work, still drawing inspiration and motivation from them. An equally valuable component of these studies was the wide range of topics covered by the classes and the relevance of the knowledge provided to us, which will shape the management of companies in the coming years.

The most important, however, are the relationships that we can strengthen through meetings of the Friday’s Business Club or program graduates. It is a great value and an opportunity to be active and exchange experiences after graduation.

I evaluate the EMBA studies very positively. Although it was a hectic period for me, which consumed a lot of my private time, it also became an essential stage in building valuable relationships, exchanging experiences and solving problems from different perspectives. The opportunity to share knowledge, creative discussions during classes, networking, learning about other perspectives, and the ability to solve cases in a variant way added a massive dose of motivation and built personal development.

It was a time to improve my managerial skills, sort out my achievements, and build new milestones in my career.

When undertaking this type of study, it is worth being aware that you will have the time and willingness to engage in this two-year process fully. People create value by enabling the exchange of experiences – that is why it is so important. We also created these studies for ourselves, which is a huge effort for professionals and family-active people. From the first classes, the EMBA Group became our second family, with whom we shared time most weekends, exchanging experiences, knowledge, and private information. This aspect is, therefore, crucial to creating valuable relationships and learning from each other with respect – each conversation and meeting gives a new perspective and view.
