Hitachi Astemo Wrocław, Plant Manager

I was looking for an interesting EMBA program in English at a university with an established position in the MBA market – such an option in Poland is the international EMBA at the Wrocław University of Economics.

These are unique studies. It is impossible to list all their advantages. However, I will try: case studies, the approach of lecturers from other countries, final tasks performed in groups and systematization of knowledge in business management, exchange of experiences and good practices between lecturers and colleagues from the EMBA program are certainly the most important of them.

However, these studies also became an opportunity to establish new relationships, which transformed into the EMABA Alumni Association.

In hindsight, the most important thing that this program, lasting two demanding years, gave me was the desire to develop further and continue my studies at doctoral studies. Thanks to the EMBA, previously inaccessible spaces were opened up for me in the professional field: a trip to a management development program and a position at the corporate headquarters in Paris. However, I gained more than just knowledge and memories from my studies. I met fantastic people with whom I keep in touch; we regularly exchange experiences and views during Business Friday and in the EMBA Alumni Association. It is worth being at UEW.
