Another Friday Business Club meeting at the Wrocław University of Economics is behind us 🎓💼

The special guest was Dr. Tomasz Dębicki, Director of the Operational Controlling Department at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
During the presentation entitled
“Integrated financial controlling as the foundation for decision-making in capital groups,”
we had the opportunity to look at controlling not only as a reporting tool, but as a real foundation for strategic management and decision-making in complex organizational structures.
The practical examples, references to many years of managerial experience, and open discussion after the lecture were particularly valuable.
