Dr. hab. Jakub Traczyk, prof. at SWPS University – An expert in the field of decision-making psychology and risk assessment. He focuses on factors that support good decision-making, such as visual aids, numerical abilities, emotions, and experience. He is the head of the Decision Support Research Center (www.cridm.edu.pl), president of the Academic Association of Economic Psychology (www.aspe.edu.pl), project leader (e.g., NCN), member of international scientific associations (e.g., www.eadm.eu, www.riskliteracy.org) and a reviewer for prestigious scientific journals such as Cognition, Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied, Journal of Behavioral Decision Making, Journal of Economic Psychology, and Judgment and Decision Making.
Pan Michał Ścibirowski – An expert in international sales and logistics with over 15 years of experience in managing teams and processes across global markets. With a background in psychology and English philology, he completed higher education, postgraduate studies, and numerous specialized courses at leading universities in Poland and abroad, such as the University of Wroclaw, SWPS University, and Universidad de Salamanca, etc. In 2024, he further expanded his academic achievements by completing an Executive MBA from the University of Economics and Business in Wroclaw and the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland, an accomplishment he is particularly proud of. A passionate enthusiast of human behavior, particularly in the context of decision-making. He integrates his expertise in psychology and management to apply them effectively in the business world.
