As part of the Executive MBA program, our students had the opportunity to visit the company 3M<\/strong>, a global leader in innovation and technology. It was a unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of modern production, learn about management strategies and find out how to implement modern solutions in practice. <\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\udccdThe visit agenda was intense and full of inspiration:\u2705 Introductory presentation and getting to know the 3M organizational culture\u2705 Tour of the production plant and Customer Innovation Center\u2705 Meetings with leaders of the HR, EHS, technology and operations departments\u2705 Q&A panel, benchmarking and valuable discussions about the challenges of modern business<\/p>\n\n

A huge thank you to the 3M team and our speakers:\ud83d\udcbc Katarzyna Paszkiewicz, Barbara Koch, Karolina Zychiewicz, Grzegorz Pondel, \u0141ukasz Wenderski, Marcin \u017burawski and Marcin Wieloch \u2013 for sharing their knowledge, authenticity and openness to dialogue.<\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\udcac Meetings like these are the essence of the Executive MBA \u2013 learning through real-life experience, networking and confronting theory with practice.<\/p>\n\n
