He has many years of experience in the implementation of efficiency programs, expense management processes, modern planning and cost allocation systems, as well as advanced efficiency measurement methodologies (ABC costing). He has successfully implemented many controlling and efficiency projects both locally and internationally. Focused on development and implementation of modern controlling solutions. Focused on increasing efficiency in the use of financial resources and transforming the role of controllers by building their relationships with internal customers. Actively digitizes and implements modern technologies in controlling processes developing the role of controlling as a key business partner in the organization. Author of numerous publications in finance and controlling trade journals.      <\/p>\n\n<p>Lecture topic: \u201cFinance as an initiator of digitalization and a driving force of profitability modeling in the company\u201d.<br\/>What should be the role of financiers and controllers in the organization? What are the modern tools that support the company&#8217;s performance management? How to effectively select digitalization priorities in the company and measure their effects in the era of digitalization?
